What We’re Looking For · Proven retail management experience · Strong people leader with a passion for coaching and developing others · Experience managing change and supporting teams through it effectively · Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results · Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-facing environment · Great communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire Optics experience is not required, we’ll support you to learn everything you need.
