What We’re Looking For · Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader · Strong people leader with an objective, performance-focused approach · Passion for delivering excellent customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS · Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and drive performance · Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and challenge a team · Experience managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial Why Vision Express?
