Store Manager – Windsor (Full-Time) Location: Windsor Hours: Monday–Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 | Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00 Working Pattern: 5 days per week (including weekends on a rota) Flexibility About the Role I am recruiting for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to join my client in their Windsor team. As a key part of the store leadership, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, support team development, and help drive store performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading from the front. What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Customer Experience • Deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience where every customer feels valued • Lead by example to drive sales and maximise opportunities through upselling and cross-selling • Share strong product knowledge confidently with customers • Handle queries and complaints professionally with a solution-focused approach Team Leadership & Development • Assist with training, onboarding, and developing team members • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service • Step up as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Store Operations & Visual Standards • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards • Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management • Support till operations, including refunds and end-of-day procedures • Ensure all areas of the store remain clean, organised, and customer-ready • Contribute to sustainable practices and responsible retail operations What They're Looking For • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment • Strong communication and people management skills • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused • A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and lead others Why Apply?
