Strategic Operations Lead - EMEA Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office & 2 remote) ASAP start | 6 month contract | £500-565pd PAYE inclusive of holiday pay. We're partnering with a global technology leader to recruit a Strategic Operations Lead to join a high-performing EMEIA leadership team, supporting Retail Marketing & Merchandising. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a role similar to a Chief of Staff, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness across a complex, international business. What you'll be doing • Lead strategic and fiscal year planning across the EMEIA organisation. • Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving business processes. • Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising and Retail functions. • Facilitate executive planning forums, leadership meetings and governance. • Use data and insights to support strategic decision-making. • Champion AI and automation to simplify systems, reporting and ways of working. We're looking for someone with: • Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations or Strategic Programme Management. • A background in technology, consulting, agency or another fast-paced global organisation. • Strong programme management and executive stakeholder management skills. • A passion for improving processes and driving operational rigour. • AI literacy and an interest in leveraging technology to improve business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with senior regional leaders, influence strategic direction and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of a globally recognised organisation's growth.
