Strategic Product Solutions Specialist Remote (UK) | Up to £85,000 NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working ‘exclusively’ with an innovative and rapidly growing financial technology organisation that is transforming the way financial advice is delivered. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Strategic Product Solutions Specialist to join a market-leading business at the forefront of financial planning technology. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK (preferably within commutable distance to London), you'll play a key role in supporting sales, product development, and client engagement across the UK and EMEA markets. This position would suit a Senior Paraplanner, Financial Planner or Financial Services professional with strong cashflow modelling knowledge, excellent technical expertise, and a passion for financial planning technology. The Role Working closely with Sales, Product and Client Success teams, you will become a trusted product expert, helping prospective and existing clients understand how the platform supports modern financial planning. You will also provide valuable market insight that influences future product development. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and supporting client presentations. • Participating in discovery meetings to understand adviser and business requirements. • Assisting with solution design tailored to client needs. • Managing and coordinating RFP and RFI responses across multiple internal teams. • Gathering client feedback and translating it into meaningful product enhancements. • Supporting product testing, validation and new feature rollouts. • Monitoring developments across the UK financial planning market, FCA regulation and Consumer Duty. • Representing the business at industry events and conferences as your expertise develops. • Collaborating with Product, Sales and Development teams to drive continuous innovation. About You We're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of UK financial planning and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging way. You'll ideally have: • Experience within UK financial planning, wealth management, fintech or financial services. • Strong knowledge of cashflow modelling, pensions, investments, ISAs and adviser workflows. • A background as a Senior Paraplanner, Financial Adviser or similar technical financial planning role. • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • An interest in financial technology and product innovation. • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) would be advantageous but is not essential.
