Student Welfare Officer Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping create a positive school experience? We are currently recruiting for a Student Welfare Officer to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Ealing. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with a September start. The school is a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Ealing, dedicated to ensuring students feel safe, valued and able to achieve their full potential. With a strong focus on pastoral care, safeguarding and student wellbeing, the school provides a positive environment where staff work together to support every learner. As a Student Welfare Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential welfare and pastoral support to students throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and families to help address student needs and ensure appropriate support is provided. Please note: A valid First Aid qualification is compulsory for this position. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of their certification before commencing the role.
