You, a Studio Manager / PA, you will provide administrative and organisational support to this office and Founder within this collaborative, creative environment. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage studio operations efficiently and effectively. Client Details This design business is a well-established organisation within the property industry, known for its commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality services. This small office is continuing to grow and you will be integral to it's continued success. Description As the Studio Manager / PA you will do the following: • Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure smooth functioning. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling and diary management. • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance. • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner. • Assist with document preparation and filing for property-related projects. • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required. • Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency. • Support the team with ad hoc tasks to meet business needs. Profile A successful Studio Manager / PA should have: • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the property industry. • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including email and calendar management systems. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
