Job description

Foundation School Subject Lead - Hospitality and Management Location: London Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum Start Date: September Job Description • Lead the delivery and development of Hospitality and Management subjects within a Foundation School, supporting high-quality teaching and an excellent student experience. • Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance and the ongoing development of subject provision. • Support and guide academic staff, helping to promote effective teaching, collaboration and continuous improvement. • Work closely with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure students are well supported and achieve positive academic outcomes. Requirements • A relevant MSc in Business, Hospitality Management or a closely related subject. • At least 2 years of experience lecturing in a Higher Education environment. • A recognised teaching qualification is required. • Experience leading a module or subject area, with experience of people management, staff support or team leadership within an academic environment.
