Supply Chain Coordinator • Location: Chessington • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: £33k Join a purpose-driven collective of innovative brands focused on sustainability and ethics. We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to our customers. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to operational excellence. Day-to-Day of the Role: • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring all orders are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). • Maintain accurate records and tracking of purchase orders, shipment ETAs, and delivery documentation. • Coordinate effectively with Account Management, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless order management and issue resolution. • Oversee stock allocations and the order book process, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks. • Analyse supplier performance and manage post-delivery communications with couriers to ensure compliance. • Provide administrative support across various departments and maintain up-to-date data in CRM systems. • Act as a key operational link, facilitating clear communication between warehouse and sales teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or a related administrative role. • Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across all organisational levels. • Strong multitasking abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Experience in a fast-paced operational or logistics environment. • Desirable: Proficiency in additional languages and familiarity with the telecommunications market.
