Supply Chain Supervisor

Position: Supply Chain Supervisor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Supply Chain Supervisor required for a multi-national manufacturer based in Harlow, Essex. The role is for a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into senior management, you will oversee warehouse, inventory, shipping and logistics activities, ensuring material availability, stock accuracy and on-time customer deliveries. You will provide leadership to operational team members while working closely with production, purchasing and sales functions to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Supply Chain Supervisor Position Overview • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities to support production and customer requirements. • Supervise warehouse, inventory control, shipping and logistics operations. • Monitor stock levels, material availability and supply chain performance. • Support supplier management and resolve supply or delivery issues. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, warehousing and logistics processes. • Lead, coach and develop a small operational team. • Support ERP/MRP system processes and data accuracy. Supply Chain Supervisor Position Requirements • 3-5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or manufacturing operations. • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing and logistics. • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (MS Dynamics Business Central advantageous). • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement. • Based in a commutable distance of Harlow, Essex Supply Chain Supervisor Position Remuneration • Salary £50,000 - £60,000 • 12-month contract role • 25 days holiday plus BH • Pension • Health care Bennett and Game is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
