About the Supply Teacher Role As a Supply Teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the Primary Key Stages. • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings. • Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan lessons where required. • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school's policies. • Support pupils' learning and encourage them to achieve their full potential. • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate. • Maintain accurate records and provide feedback at the end of each assignment. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools. • Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum. • Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2. • Be adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly settle into new school environments. • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils to learn. • Be committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of every child. • Be reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the classroom.
