Support Worker / Senior Support Worker / Team Leader – Children's Residential HomeLocation: Ealing Salary: Competitive + sleep-in payments (where applicable) Hours: Full-time | Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins We're looking for caring, resilient and dedicated Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our growing team within our Ofsted-registered children's residential homes. You'll play a key role in supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural and complex needs, helping them to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. • Build positive, trusting relationships. • Promote independence, education and life skills. • Safeguard and advocate for the young people in your care. • Complete daily records and reports. • Work as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care. • (Senior/Team Leader) Lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards. What We're Looking For • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting is preferred but not essential for Support Workers. • Experience within an Ofsted-registered children's home is desirable for Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders. • A caring, resilient and positive attitude. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • A full UK driving licence is desirable. • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is advantageous.
