Position: Supported Learning Lecturer role Location: Isleworth, West London Job Type: Temp Pay: Up to £42 per hour Workdays: 5 days per week Interview Date: Asap Start Date: September Key Details: • Supportive and inclusive FE college environment. • Experience teaching learners with SEND and EHCPs is essential. • Recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree (or Level 6 equivalent) required. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Roles & Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in Functional Skills, independent living, employability and social skills. • Support learners with SEND to achieve their individual learning goals and develop independence. • Act as a personal tutor, monitoring learner progress, attendance and target achievement. • Work closely with Learning Support Assistants, employers and external agencies to provide high-quality learner support. • Prepare lesson plans, assessments and learner records while promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
