German Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA Location: Uxbridge, UK (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Contract: Temporary to Permanent About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activity across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top talent across multiple European markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the EMEA region, from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct competency-based interviews and provide high-quality candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations. • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent attraction channels. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately recorded and maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Support recruitment across multiple European markets, including Germany, Poland, Spain, and France. • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience through timely communication and professional relationship management. • Assist with offer preparation, onboarding activities, and recruitment reporting. • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team, providing support across additional vacancies and projects as required. About You • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency. • Strong candidate sourcing and talent attraction capabilities. • Proven ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
