We are currently seeking a passionate and flexible Teacher to join one of our partner schools on a long-term basis. This position offers the opportunity to support students across a range of subjects, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning and development across the curriculum. You will deliver engaging and effective lessons, ensuring pupils of all abilities are challenged, supported, and encouraged to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
• Teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 where applicable, depending on experience)
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and productive atmosphere
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress in line with school policies
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to promote strong student outcomes
• Encouraging a positive attitude towards learning and school life
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about education and committed to supporting student progress
• Qualified with QTS or ECT status
• Confident teaching a range of subjects at secondary level
• Adaptable and able to respond to different classes, subjects, and learning needs
• Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and classroom management
• A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
