What You'll Be Doing - Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. - Working with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning. - Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. - Supporting children with varying learning needs and abilities. - Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and achievement. - Assisting with classroom preparation and general school activities. What We're Looking For Experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school or another educational setting within the last 2 years. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Why Choose Hays Education?
