Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit excellent Teaching Assistants interested in securing a role. Teaching Assistant • Location - Liverpool, L1 • Type of work - Temporary, long term • Start date - September 2026 • Days - Full time • Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Responsibilities: • Assisting with lessons: Helping sort materials, setting up equipment, and supporting students during lessons. • Behaviour management: Foster a positive learning environment with good behaviour management. • Providing emotional support: Offering guidance and support to students who may be dealing with personal issues or stress. • Monitoring well-being: Keeping an eye on students' overall well-being and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members. • Safeguarding: Ensuring the safeguarding procedure is followed when required • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and students thrive academically and socially. Requirements: • Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable) • Previous experience working with young people.
