Teaching Assistant

Secondary Teaching Assistant Location: Haringey Pay: £95-£110 per day Start Date: September 2026 Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a successful secondary school in Haringey. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help students overcome barriers to learning while promoting independence and confidence. Duties Include • Supporting pupils during lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Working one-to-one with students requiring additional support. • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement. • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation. • Supporting intervention programmes in literacy and numeracy.
