KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Potters Bar, Hertfordshire Part-Time | Mornings Only (Monday-Friday) September 2026 Start (Earlier Start Available) Minimum 12-Month Contract | Permanent Opportunity £95 - £125 per day (FTE) Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every morning?Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic primary school in Potters Bar that is looking to appoint a committed and compassionate KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026, with the flexibility for an earlier start if you're available. This is an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Key Stage 2 pupil, helping them develop confidence, overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and socially within a caring, inclusive school community. With the potential to move into a full-time position from January and a permanent contract from April, this role offers excellent long-term career prospects.
