Full Time | September Start | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm Your new company Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist education setting in Coventry to recruit a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for the new academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people with additional needs in a rewarding and supportive environment. The setting provides specialist education for learners with a range of needs, including Autism, learning difficulties and complex needs, with a strong focus on helping students develop confidence, independence and essential life skills. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will play a key role in supporting learners throughout the school day, helping them access education and achieve their individual goals.You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide classroom support, encourage independence and build positive relationships with students. The role may involve supporting learners on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or within whole-class activities. This is a full-time, term-time position, working:Monday to Friday8:30am - 4:30pm The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and supporting young people with additional needs to reach their full potential.
