Team Assistant £45,000 - £50,000 Mayfair We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant who is seeking a unique and exciting opportunity to join a prestigious financial services firm in Mayfair. The successful Team Assistant will work closely with 2 EA’s in the team, collaborating and supporting with various projects and team events, in addition to providing admin support to a number of Analysts and Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant who is looking to develop their skills, thrives in a fast paced, high-performing environment and who is keen to learn and grow their experience. Previous admin experience in financial services is desirable, however could also suit someone looking to transition into the industry from another corporate/ professional services environment. Hybrid working available. Hours 9am – 5pm What you'll do: • Team support to Analysts and Associates as needed. • Diary management for the team. • Prepare meeting materials and document packs. • Field enquiries and provide administrative support to the senior EA’s as needed. • Coordinate meetings, lunches and client events across multiple time zones. • Book travel, including flights, hotels and rail travel. • Process expenses and manage team invoices ensuring accurate coding and approvals. • Maintain team databases, distribution lists and staffing reports. • Arrange taxis, couriers and office supplies. • Support onboarding administration and team documentation. • Assist with team events, conferences, client dinners and internal projects. • Provide coverage for the senior EA’s as needed. Who you are: • 2 + years experience in a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant role. • Previous experience within a corporate environment (financial services is advantageous but not essential). • A proactive team player with a positive and professional approach. • Curious, eager to learn and keen to understand how things work. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • Confident communicator who enjoys working with others. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiastic approach with a curios nature.
