Job description

A close knit financial services team is seeking a Team Assistant with a minimum of 18 months’ experience in banking or finance, investment, insurance or similar corporate sector. Working closely with other Team Assistants, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across the business. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Diary management: coordinating schedules, internal meetings, and managing shifting priorities • Meeting room bookings: ensuring rooms, equipment, and logistics are arranged smoothly • Travel and accommodation: booking domestic and occasional international travel, hotels, and taxis • Event support: assisting with small internal events and team gatherings • Teamwide assistance: providing support to other Assistants across the company • Analyst support: helping Analysts with ad-hoc administrative tasks • General administration: maintaining organisation, handling queries, and ensuring smooth office operations Ideal Candidate will need to have a calm, flexible attitude, able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment • Team-focused mindset: happy to “muck in” and support colleagues at all levels • Strong organisational skills: confident managing multiple priorities • Clear communicator: professional, approachable and confident liaising with internal teams maintaining high standards The team prides itself on being supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a strong emphasis on mutual respect and teamwork.
