Team Leader- Central and West Lancashire Sexual Health

The role will include • Day to day management of the service • Planning Service Delivery • Management o Staff Attendance (Sickness / Annual Leave) and Performance Issues • 1:1s & appraisals for direct reports and ensure that there is a robust mechanism in place for the rest of team. • Support the management of the Sexual Health budget • Management of incidents/ complaints • Review and report against service KPIs and Audits • To provide clinical management of patients with contraceptive, genito-urinary or sexual health conditions whilst working autonomously but in collaboration with other health professionals Please see attached job description and personal specification for further details.
