Team Manager - Adult Social Care - First Contact Team - Leicester City Council

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency Team Leader/Manager for its adult social care First Contact team. This is a full-time post, likely to last 3 months initially. The pay rate is £42 per hour. The role will involve the following: • This role is hybrid - with a mix of office based (2 days per week) and home working. • The work of the team is fast-paced and dynamic and requires the ability to be flexible and responsive. • Suitable candidates are supported with necessary training, regular opportunities to work closely with colleagues, regular supervision, and a friendly and dedicated team. • Experience of a "front door" ASC team would be good – i.e. experience of working with risk when little information is known, and crisis intervention type work/decision making.
