Job description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join the Technical Department at Totally Natural Solutions, part of ADM, based in Paddock Wood. This hands-on role focuses on operating specialist CO extraction equipment to produce high-quality hop extracts used in the food and beverage industry. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of two CO extraction machines and associated equipment • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the department to support food safety • Accurately label, pack, and complete production documentation in a timely manner • Support site-wide waste reduction initiatives in line with company policy • Follow HACCP procedures and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Work in accordance with food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001) • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and proactively identify potential risks • Report accidents, near misses, and damage promptly to management Skills & Abilities • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to high standards • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Able to work both independently and as part of a team • Confident communicator with a willingness to ask questions and learn • Good IT skills and ability to complete documentation accurately • Comfortable working with machinery and industrial processes • Able to work in environments with strong aromas and varying temperatures • Good numeracy and literacy skills Education & Experience • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Combined Science or Chemistry, Maths, and English • Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery or process equipment is preferred Why Join ADM?
