Technical Support SpecialistUp to £55,000 + BenefitsField-Based | UK Travel A rapidly expanding automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support its growing retailer network across the UK. The RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as the technical authority for complex vehicle concerns, supporting retailers with diagnostics, fault resolution, and technical investigations. Working closely with engineering, quality, warranty, and customer support teams, you will ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently whilst helping drive continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support to retailer partners throughout the UK. • Investigate and resolve complex vehicle faults and diagnostic cases. • Support field visits and technical assessments when required. • Escalate technical concerns and work with engineering teams to achieve effective resolutions. • Support quality investigations and product improvement activities. • Deliver technical presentations and best-practice workshops. • Create and maintain technical bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation. • Provide technical expertise to aftersales and warranty teams. About YouTo be considered, you must have: • Previous Automotive OEM experience. • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. • Experience supporting dealer or retailer networks. • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems. • Ability to interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Full UK driving licence. • Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
