Administrator (Temp to Perm) Location: Harlow (Office Based) Salary: £26,436.80 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch) The Opportunity Mosaic Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing business based in Harlow that is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the role becoming permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate. Working within a busy office environment, you'll provide essential administrative support to the sales team while ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, communicating with customers and being part of a collaborative team. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career within administration. The Role As Administrator, you will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring customer orders are progressing smoothly and all administration is completed accurately. You'll work closely with the telephone sales team in Harlow, while also providing support to colleagues across additional UK offices during busy periods. This is a varied role that offers plenty of interaction with customers and colleagues, making no two days the same. Key Responsibilities • Keep customers updated on the progress of their orders, including estimated delivery times. • Carry out courtesy calls following deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. • Update quotation, order and delivery records accurately. • Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. • Monitor outstanding orders and assist with stock allocation. • Maintain and update customer records and communications within the company database. • Liaise with internal departments regarding warranty claims, spare parts enquiries and customer requests. • Provide general administrative support to the office and sales team. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, organised and up to date. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy office environment. You will have: • Previous administration or office experience (preferred but not essential). • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills. • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload effectively. • Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
