• Location: Hybrid - Linked to either Morden, Penge or Lewisham office • Salary: £41,236 - £48,164 per annum • Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered • Contract Type: Permanent This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025 We are recruiting for 2 Tenancy Specialists to join our team. The Tenancy Specialist will provide a high level of expertise on antisocial behaviour and legal action for tenancy enforcement. You'll be working closely with field-based Neighbourhood Officers to ensure effective investigation and management of cases and that the most appropriate, cost effective and proportionate action is taken. We'll look to you to manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within your patch area, deciding on the most appropriate, cost effective and proportionate course of action, and ensuring the right support is in place for those affected. You'll be required to liaise with Local Authorities, the Police and other partners to gather and maintain evidence, complete visits and interviews, and progress cases through to legal action where appropriate. This will include preparing paperwork and attending/travelling to court, as required by the role and agreed with your line manager. Please note: tenancy fraud activity is currently under review. The role will primarily focus on antisocial behaviour, however there may be a requirement to support fraud-related work in the future.
