Test Lead

Test Lead£600 per day inside IR35 6 month initial contract with scope to extend West Midlands 2x days a week I am are looking for an experienced Test Lead to own test strategy, quality assurance and user acceptance testing across a large-scale transformation programme. Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain the overall test strategy, approach, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria. • Lead and coordinate testing activity across workstreams, business teams, vendors and delivery partners. • Oversee SIT planning, execution, defect management, reporting and assurance of deliverables. • Plan and manage UAT, including acceptance criteria, test scenarios, defect resolution and business sign-off. • Provide QA governance, quality reporting, risk escalation and go-live readiness support. Essential Experience • Significant experience leading testing across large-scale transformation programmes. • Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, defect management, QA governance and test reporting. • Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators and senior stakeholders. • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle platforms Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
