• Document all mandatory patient IRMER statements, e.g., pregnancy status and laterality. Evaluate and respond appropriately to information given. • Ensure that all patient setup information is recorded accurately and unambiguously. • Maintain competencies to undertake treatment planning for simple non planned treatment volumes using Raystation TPS. • Undertake appropriate treatment unit and CT quality assurance checks reporting any faults in errors in line with department/Trust policies. • To undertake Out of Hours and On-Call duties, including bank holidays to support full-service delivery. • To work flexible shift patterns to meet patient and service needs.
