About the Role Leeds is one of the United Kingdoms fastest growing digital and customer service hubs, and at TicketOrder Digital Services Ltd, we help customers access event tickets and digital order information quickly and reliably. We are looking for a Ticketing Operations Coordinator to support the day to day processing, delivery and resolution of digital ticket orders. You will coordinate with customer support, fulfilment partners and internal operations teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. This is a mid level individual contributor position. It does not include director, executive or senior leadership responsibilities. Meaningful Responsibility You will take ownership of assigned ticket orders and operational cases from initial review through to successful completion. Your work will directly influence the customer experience. Modern Systems We use digital order management platforms, customer relationship management tools and online ticket delivery systems to monitor transactions and resolve fulfilment issues. Key Responsibilities Ticket Order Coordination Review and process digital ticket orders while ensuring all customer and event information is accurate. Digital Ticket Fulfilment Coordinate the downloading, transfer and delivery of electronic tickets within the required timeframes. Order Monitoring Track pending and completed orders using internal ticketing and order management systems. Customer Issue Resolution Investigate missing tickets, incorrect order details, delivery delays and other fulfilment concerns. Partner Communication Communicate with authorised ticket suppliers, venues and internal teams to confirm order availability and delivery status. Quality Checking Verify ticket details, event dates, seating information and customer contact details before fulfilment. Operational Administration Maintain accurate order notes, case updates and supporting records for each transaction. Escalation Support Identify urgent or complex cases and refer them to the appropriate senior specialist or operational supervisor. Performance Standards Meet agreed targets for order accuracy, response times, ticket delivery and customer satisfaction. What We Are Looking For Experience At least 2 years of experience in ticketing, ecommerce operations, customer service, order fulfilment, travel reservations or a similar coordination role. Operational Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several customer orders and deadlines at the same time. Customer Service Confident handling customer concerns professionally through email, telephone and digital support channels. Technical Ability Comfortable using customer relationship management systems, spreadsheets, order management platforms and web based applications. Communication Skills Clear written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Problem Solving Able to investigate order issues, identify practical solutions and escalate cases appropriately. Organisation Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise urgent ticket orders and event deadlines. Mindset You are dependable, customer focused and comfortable working in a fast moving digital operations environment. Pay: £2,075.00-£2,713.00 per month Work Location: In person
