Job description

Location: Poole Full time - office based to start for training - Hybrid once you are competent in the position Temporary for 3 months, possibly longer £15.85 an hour / Parking on Campus We are seeking a highly organised Timetabling Administrator to join a busy university team. This role is responsible for supporting the effective scheduling of academic teaching activities, ensuring timetables are accurate, efficient, and meet the needs of students and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Create, maintain, and update teaching timetables and room schedules. • Coordinate with academic departments to gather scheduling requirements. • Manage timetable changes and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Monitor room utilisation and help resolve scheduling conflicts. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within timetabling systems. • Provide administrative support and respond to timetable-related queries. About You: • Previous administrative experience, ideally within education or a complex scheduling environment.but not essential • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. • Confident using databases, excel spreadsheets, and IT systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
