Tissue Viability Nurse

To work as a clinical specialist practitioner, at advanced level, within the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice To provide expert clinical knowledge and competence to support staff in relation to tissue viability and wound management. To be responsible for the assessment, planning and delivery of specialised care to own caseload of patients who have complex needs relating to tissue viability. To demonstrate credible clinical leadership in engaging staff, act as a positive role model and influence others through professional attitudes and behaviours in keeping with the Trusts values.
