Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business on the outskirts of Ipswich in their search for a Trade Service Delivery Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy operations team where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of daily collections and deliveries. Working closely with the Transport Manager and drivers, you'll help deliver an efficient, responsive, and high-quality service while managing day-to-day operational activity. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily waste collections and delivery rounds Plan, schedule and optimise service routes Maintain real-time communication with drivers via Microsoft Teams and phone Work closely with the Transport Manager to manage driver workloads Manage live service changes and resolve issues Act as a key point of contact for drivers Process customer orders and handle service queries Liaise with internal teams including Transport, Accounts and Site Operations Keep CRM and systems up to date Skills & Experience: Experience in service delivery, logistics, transport or operations coordination Experience with WasteLogics or similar systems (advantageous) Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please note: Due to the location of the business, a full UK driving license and access to your own transport are essential.
