Trainee Commercial Property Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Commercial Property Agent for our client based in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in commercial property with some experience in agency or a sales environment. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant: • Basic £25,000 - £27,000 • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm • Excellent scope for career development Responsibilities for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant: • Working across a mixed portfolio of commercial property instructions • Inspecting, measuring and valuing properties for sale, letting or acquisition • Preparing marketing materials and reports • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and tenants • Negotiating deal terms and preparing heads of terms • Liaising with solicitors and clients through to completion Key Skills for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant: • Some experience in agency or a sales environment • Enthusiastic • Good people skills • Willingness to learn • Keen attitude • Ability to work in a varied role • Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an established and highly regarded commercial property consultancy with over 20 years of success, supported by a leadership team that brings decades of experience across the commercial property sector.
