Trainee Estate Agent

Our client, who is a leading local Estate Agent are looking for a full-time Trainee Estate Agent to join their successful, outgoing, and hardworking team at their busy Gloucester branch. If you are results driven, capable of providing excellent customer service and have an interest in working within the property industry then this is the role for you! Our client fully invests in their employees, with a complete training programme and excellent progression prospects, therefore, no previous experience in property is required. This is an excellent opportunity to get yourself on the career ladder within a forward-thinking, company who offer full support and progression to every member of staff where several of their Senior Managers began as trainees and worked their way up the ladder to senior level. Key Responsibilities: -Negotiate house sales to achieve set targets in line with the company business plan -Appraise and record information relating to properties for marketing purposes -Liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required -Ensure that all management information is reported to branch manager within agreed timescales -Provide leads and arrange appointments for mortgage advisor -Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations and company policies -Actively promote all available services offered by the company Candidate Attributes: -Must have a pleasant attitude with excellent customer service skills -Keen, enthusiastic and self-motivated -Communication skills at all levels -Excellent telephone manner -Reliable, committed, and well presented -Must have a full driving licence and car Salary: Generous training salary of up to £27,500, for the first 9 months. Once fully trained you will have a realistic OTE of up to £30,000 within the first year comprising of a basic wage + a generous and achievable commission structure Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, with a day off in the week (working 5 out of 7 days)
