Trainee / Junior Paraplanner Leicester £28,000 Permanent | Full-Time | Office Based Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester to recruit a Trainee / Junior Paraplanner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within financial planning, joining a supportive team that is committed to developing future talent. Whether you have experience within administration or financial services, or you're looking to take your first step into paraplanning, this role offers full training, mentoring and support towards professional qualifications. The Role • Supporting Financial Advisers with research into financial products and investment solutions. • Assisting in the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning recommendations. • Gathering and analysing client information to support the advice process. • Liaising with providers, advisers and clients where appropriate. • Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements. • Maintaining client records and supporting ongoing case management. • Studying towards professional qualifications with full support from the business. About You • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Confident using Microsoft Office. • A genuine interest in financial planning and a desire to build a long-term career. • Previous administration or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
