Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups • Working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties • Encouraging confidence, independence, communication, and emotional regulation • Supporting learning across literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning resources • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning • Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families Every day is different, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children succeed.
