Trainee Mortgage Administrator
Full-time | Office-based
£25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

Role Details
• Supporting the mortgage and protection team with end-to-end case management.
• Managing client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and providers.
• Handling client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Assisting with more technical tasks such as research and suitability letter preparation (training provided).
• Working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your technical skills over time.

• £25,000 – £35,000 salary depending on experience.
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service.
