Trainee Paraplanner

Our client A Leicester based wealth management firm having achieved significant growth and now look after in excess of £1bn of client assets. They encourage staff progression and have won awards for an excellent place to work The Role will include • Take ownership of the advice case from the point of new advice engagement, working closely with the Financial Planner, Client Manager and wider teams to ensure the client journey is clear, timely and well coordinated. • Create a new prospect or advice case record in the CRM upon notification from the Financial Planner. • Prepare the initial meeting pack, including letters of authority, personal financial questionnaire, risk profile documentation and client agreements where required. • Provide follow-up support to the Financial Planner for new prospect enquiries and advice cases. • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the initial advice process, ensuring clear, timely and personable communication. • Full job description available The Candidate Essentials • Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent experience). • Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum. • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services administration role The Rewards 4 x salary life assurance Pension; 5% employer contribution, increasing incrementally in recognition of continuous service. 24 days’ holiday, increasing incrementally in recognition of continuous service, in addition to bank holidays Health Cash Plan Scheme Free parking Hybrid working scheme - Following completion of initial training and induction
