Trainee Recruitment Consultant We've supported early careers in recruitment for decades - and we'll do the same for you. Basic £26227 (uncapped commission) £30,000 - £35,000 realistic OTE in first year - uncapped commission thereafter Hybrid - 3 days in office (after successful probation/initial promotion). You'll benefit from tailored training, long-term career progression. While part of a friendly, down-to-earth team, you'll build lasting relationships with top UK employers and candidates. No prior recruitment experience is required: we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need: • Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people • Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within Sanderson • Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results • Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks • Partnership; Working collaboratively in a close team environment and building strong relationships • Sales experience or a willingness to thrive in a sales environment.
