Your role as a Recruitment Consultant: This isn't a sit-back-and-wait role, we're looking for people who are proactive, constantly push for better results, and who can use initiative. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment process, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. That means: • Proactively reaching out to new clients, selling in our services, and winning their business (new business development) • Building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers • Sourcing and placing specialist Cloud Tech professionals • Managing the full journey - from first conversation to job offer!
