Instead, they're looking for people with strong A Levels (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the drive to succeed. With exceptional training, uncapped commission and clear progression, you'll have the opportunity to earn £45,000–£60,000 in your first year, £70,000–£80,000 in your second year, and £100,000+ from year three onwards. Your responsibilities will include: • Building relationships with clients and candidates • Identifying and engaging exceptional talent • Conducting interviews • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish • Negotiating offers • Market mapping and research • Developing into a specialist within your sector This is a consultative, relationship-led role that will develop your commercial, sales and negotiation skills while offering exceptional earning potential. Who We're Looking ForYou'll have: • A Levels (or equivalent) as a minimum • Excellent communication skills • Strong commercial awareness • Confidence and resilience • A competitive, ambitious attitude • A genuine desire to build a successful long-term career A degree is welcome but isn't essential. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not required.
