Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities: • Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert • Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking • Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients • Conduct candidate interviews • Work towards monthly targets • Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback About You: • Phone based or face-to-face sales experience • Minimum 2:1 degree • Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in • You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • You value teamwork, integrity, and self-improvement Virtus Talent are here to guide you through the interview process, make sure you are fully prepared for interviews and coach you on how to get your transferable skills and traits across in the interview.
