Our client, a well-established independent tyre specialist based in Sandy, Bedfordshire, is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tyre technicians to work in a dynamic environment, combining workshop duties with mobile tyre repairs. Benefits of aTyre Fitter: • Up to £38,000 salary depending on experience plus bonus • Family-run independent tyre specialist environment • Wednesday to Sunday working week, with Mondays and Tuesdays off • Mixture of workshop-based tyre fitting and mobile repairs on company van (fully supplied and kitted out) • Opportunity for career development into managerial roles • Supportive team environment with potential for growth Duties of aTyre Fitter: • Fitting a wide range of tyres, including run flats, low profiles, and alloy wheels • Operating modern tyre fitting and balancing equipment confidently • Providing excellent customer service and professional advice • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards • Assisting with mobile tyre appointments and workshop responsibilities as required Requirements of aTyre Fitter: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Tyre Fitter in a workshop setting • Proficiency with modern tyre fitting, balancing, and repair equipment • Confident working with run flats, low profiles, and alloy wheels without causing damage • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude This Tyre Fitter position offers an attractive salary package, career growth, and a supportive working environment.
