Unqualified Nursery Practitioner - Daily Supply Work Location: Wandsworth & Surrounding Areas, South West London Start Date: ASAP Pay: £14-£15 per hour Veritas Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible daily supply basis across a range of friendly and supportive nurseries in Wandsworth and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for full-time supply work or just a few days each week, we have opportunities to suit your availability. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience working with children in nurseries, schools, childcare, or similar settings is desirable but not essential. • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. • A caring, positive, and flexible approach to work. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A willingness to learn and develop within the early years sector. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting children's learning and development through fun, play-based activities. • Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play. • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development. • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment. • Working collaboratively with nursery staff to meet the individual needs of every child.
