Unqualified Nursery Practitioner - Daily Supply Work Location: Wandsworth & Surrounding Areas, South West London Start Date: ASAP Pay: £14-£15 per hour Veritas Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible daily supply basis across a range of friendly and supportive nurseries in Wandsworth and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within early years settings while enjoying flexible work that fits around their schedule. Whether you're looking for full-time supply work or just a few days each week, we have opportunities to suit your availability. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience working with children in nurseries, schools, childcare, or similar settings is desirable but not essential. • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. • A caring, positive, and flexible approach to work. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A willingness to learn and develop within the early years sector. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting children's learning and development through fun, play-based activities. • Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play. • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development. • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment. • Working collaboratively with nursery staff to meet the individual needs of every child.
