Part time - 24 hours per week £30,000 - £36,000 pro rata Fully remote - based anywhere in the UK PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: 401(k), 401 Roth, medical insurance and HSA arrangements Michelle Denny Recruitment is supporting a business in the search for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join them on a permanent, part time basis. This is a specialist role supporting the administration and coordination of US payroll and employee benefits from within the UK. It will suit somebody who already has experience of US payroll and benefits administration and is comfortable working with payroll inputs, employee changes, benefits administration and outsourced payroll reporting. This advert reflects the part time version of the role, focused specifically on US payroll and benefits administration for around 24 hours per week. Key responsibilities • Coordinating payroll inputs and employee changes for a US based workforce • Supporting the administration of US employee benefits, including 401(k), 401 Roth, medical insurance and HSA arrangements • Reviewing payroll information returned by the current US payroll provider, checking calculations and accuracy • Managing employee changes through payroll and benefits systems • Liaising with benefits providers and supporting the ongoing administration of benefit arrangements • Assisting with payroll reporting and month end administration where required • Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records What we're looking for • Previous experience of US payroll and benefits administration • Familiarity with 401(k), healthcare and medical benefits, HSA and employee payroll changes • Experience using payroll systems, HRIS or benefits platforms • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a specialist workload independently • Excellent organisational and communication skills What's on offer • Permanent part time position • Approximately 24 hours per week • £30,000 - £36,000 pro rata • Fully remote, based anywhere in the UK • Flexibility around how hours are worked, subject to payroll deadlines and business needs If you have the specialist experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
