The RoleAs a Utility Site Technician, you'll play a key role in the installation, testing, and commissioning of water and gas utility infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, test, and commission water and gas utility systems.
• Work on polyethylene (PE) and metallic pipelines.
• Carry out site-based installation and utility project work.
• Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
• NCO2 qualification (essential – applications without this qualification cannot be considered).
• Previous experience as a Gas or Water Mains Layer or within a similar utilities role.
• NRSWA accreditation.
• CSCS Card.
• Utility SHEA Gas & Water.
• EUSR Water Hygiene.
• First Aid qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
