The Role – What You’ll Be Doing As a 360° Estate Agent / Property Valuer, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey: • Booking and conducting market appraisals & valuations • Winning instructions and converting opportunities into listings • Managing properties from instruction through to completion • Building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors • Proactively generating new business and leads • Creating compelling property listings and marketing content • Producing 3D tours and engaging video walkthroughs • Managing your diary to maximise productivity and efficiency • Working closely with the Director to capitalise on every opportunity • Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the brand at the highest standard About You You’re not just an agent, you’re a self-starter with a commercial mindset and a passion for property. • Proven experience in residential sales, valuations, and listings (essential) • Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed • Able to work independently while contributing to a team • Professional, well-presented, and brand-conscious • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What’s in It for You • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 – £30,000 • OTE £55,000 – £60,000+ with uncapped commission • Car allowance • Genuine opportunity to build your own pipeline and earnings • Support from an experienced and hands-on leadership team • Access to cutting-edge marketing tools & technology • A collaborative, energetic, and ambitious team environment • Clear opportunity for career progression and personal growth Who This Role Suits This role is perfect for an experienced estate agent who wants more autonomy, more earning potential, and more impact.
