Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Trainer I’m working with a training provider looking to add a Vehicle Mechanics Trainer to their Automotive team near Reading. Open to both current trainers and experienced mechanics / technicians looking to move off the tools into education. Duties: • Delivering Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training to apprentices • Teaching both practical workshop and theory sessions • Supporting learner development and progress Benefits: • Full teacher training and assessing qualifications funded/supported • £43,000 starting salary rising to once qualified • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm • Modern workshop/training environment • Not a term-time only role Ideal background: • Automotive / Vehicle Maintenance qualifications • Strong hands-on maintenance and repair experience • Good communication skills and interest in mentoring others • Must be Level 3 qualified
